"I created a new profile and ordered some stuff. I entered my address and the apartment did not fit on line 1 of address. I added it on line 2 then placed my order. At the final printout I checked and the apt number was missing.
I promptly updated my profile and squeezed the apt number in line 1. It showed there but not on my invoice. They said it would only be printed the next day and would print the updated address but that did not happen. It used my original profile with the missing apt number shipped to me then return to sender.
I called customer service to notify them and they had to reship the order now my renewal date does not give me much time to try the product"
