"You should have records of my numerous phone calls beginning 2/1/19. I order a trial of Krill - total cost $5 for shipping. I then heard another ad about all the health benefits so I order both Krill and Dr. C's advanced D. This 2nd order was initiated "before" I received the Krill trial. I received the Krill trial and I was not able to swallow the horrible and hard capsules. ($27.47) They made me gag! I called 2/5 to cancel auto shipping and to return the $27.47 Krill. I threw out the trial order that cost me $5. I spoke to Xavier and asked for a prepaid return ship label. He gave me an RA# (Return authorization) RA323809386923. Told me to go to the P.O. - they would have all the info once they print the label. I went to the P.O. - they said they cannot do that. Told me to go to UPS - I went there and they also said that is not a valid #. They instructed me to call Purity, I called Purity 2/21 and spoke to Kevin ext.5747 - he said was given incorrect info. I was on the phone with him over 11 minutes. I finally asked him to get the info I needed and call me back. He did call me back and said a label would be sent via email within 24 hrs. I SPENT SO much time on this. 2 trips to P.O. and UPS - lengthy phone calls - now "another" trip to UPS with the label. I am not happy that it has taken SO much of my time. Getting a prepaid return ship label - hardly - offsets the unnecessary time this has taken me! I feel a credit to my Visa would be appropriate and a gesture of customer service...
