"Customers should be made aware that when using a debit card/check that it will take more then 7 days before the item that is order to be filled and shipped. No ware did it state that when I placed my order. and if you try to cancel it will take two weeks before you get your money back. quick to take it out. slow to give it back"

"The only problem I felt, was that Purity did not advise me when the product was shipping or was shipped and as the product I ordered had a gel coating I was concerned about it being in my mail box too long in a 104 degree temp. I had to be sure to be home when the mailman came to ensure that the product wasn't ruined."
