Was given a new ship date, but it shipped 3 days later than that delayed date with no notification.
$784. order on 7 March was finally received on 26 March.
Tried to speak with upper management regarding these issues (thinking they might be interested). According to the staff, only first level management was available, no one else worked there.
People were pleasant, but not interested in correcting the issues, only explaining the policies.
Your phone messages and website say you care about "good customer service". In my experience, you do not have any.
I am very interested in your products, so I will remain your customer and hope the process is better next time.

The products are effective but I may have to hold of because of the excessive landed price in Canada .
