Tried to speak with upper management regarding these issues (thinking they might be interested). According to the staff, only first level management was available, no one else worked there.
People were pleasant, but not interested in correcting the issues, only explaining the policies.
Your phone messages and website say you care about "good customer service". In my experience, you do not have any.
I am very interested in your products, so I will remain your customer and hope the process is better next time.

"The delivery was and the products are excellent. Being from canada I was surprised to have to pay 25 % duty plus the exchange rate ( which I expected ) on the product bringing their price way up there to unreasonnable levels!
The products are effective but I may have to hold of because of the excessive landed price in Canada .
