"I believe that this company offers some of the highest-quality products available anywhere. However, I am not so impressed with the ordering process.

It seems somewhat shady to me. It is difficult to cancel a subscription online, and when you do so they will make you a confusing offer to remain a member but get a free product for doing so. It sounds like you're simply remaining a customer, but they're actually asking you to NOT cancel like you've already said you want to. The whole thing just rubbed me the wrong way.
