"We have ordered from Purity Products many times over the years, but unfortunately, we have to pay the higher price simply because we do not want to sign up for your "automatic renewal" program. I really think this is unfair, especially for your loyal customers, but we just do not want this "automatic renewal". When I have talked to your customer service department in the past, I am told that it would be beneficial for me to sign up for this because I would get the lower price and that I could cancel at any time, but I just don't want that hassle. If it wasn't that my husband really likes some of your products, I, personally, would not buy from your company. Please don't take me wrong, we have never had a problem with your company or your products, I just don't like your policy regarding your prices.
