"Recently went on to site, my account, to change my CC for my auto ship. There was no pending auto ship in my account so I assumed it had been discontinued since my CC in system was not valid. I resubscribed to same product, super saver. All good, get my supplements. Several days later I receive another shipment which I see has been charged! I call and the CSR said it looks like I have two accounts, which I don't understand because I've only logged in under ONE. I asked to return the second shipment, she gave me an RA#. I go to UPS to return, they say I have to pay for return shipping! This is bad customer service. I will be canceling my account."

"I started using Purity Products in about 2005 when I heard them discussing HA (Hyaluronic Acid) on the radio. My knees were hurting when I ran & I did not want to stop running. Their somewhat retro approach of assigning you to a dedicated rep is actually kind of cool and provides additional savings vs buying online. My faves are the Perfect Multi Super Greens, various options of HA, and too many others to mention. Want to keep optimally fit as long as I live & this is a great resource for that!"

Finally ordered a different type and you guessed it , my regular Co q10 arrived one day after the new kind. spoke to one of your reps and I have to send it back and pay postage. plan to do a little rsearch and find a new company that will a least let me know honestly when to expect shipment"
