"I called to order a product after getting an email for free shipping. The product was also discounted due to my membership and long time customer status. Once I ordered the product, online, the free shipping, as promised, was not credited. So I called and spoke with a customer service rep who was more interested is selling me more of the product, than in listening to my situation with the shipping. He went on to tell me he could give me free shipping by using his company discount and by me buying multiple months of the product. I was so fed up with this run-around I told him to cancel my order as well as my long standing account as a customer. He was more than willing to do so with not so much as a hesitation. I then asked to speak with a supervisor who came on the phone, re-established my account, and gave me what I asked for in the first place.
This company is high pressure sales and will run you through a gauntlet before allowing you to cancel delivery, order new product, or give you support in anyway. "
