My original review was written in an emotional and frustrated state - which I should know better NOT to do (how human of me...). I'm a work in progress and far from perfect. I feel taken care of now that I've gotten several responses. So thank you Purity for stepping up and taking action; being humble and professional! Very much appreciated and it is nice to know that some companies still actually do care and do listen to their customers. I WILL be reordering from you in the future; of course after I do get my original order.

I really don't like giving bad reviews - I prefer giving positive and encouraging feedback, but when I spend almost $200 of my very hard earned money and still don't have my products delivered from back on April 14th, I feel pretty upset and frustrated. It has been over 3 weeks now and no word from Purity Products concerning my order! I had to send them an email to finally find out that the Advanced D for Men is out of stock and on back order. It would have been nice of them to be proactive and at least send me a quick email letting me know this. So, if I had not sent them an email first, I'd still be wondering what's going on with my order?
And get this.... I sent a second email, just to get an update about my order on May 2nd, and yep, you guessed it.... still waiting for them to respond. All I wanted to know is if they had gotten a new supply of the Advanced D in yet so they could ship out my order. I was respectful and did not rant and rave/throw a temper tantrum - and I also know that they are busy and I'm not their only customer. I even "suggested" they might want to be more proactive and reach out to customers first, to inform them of a delay in processing their order. Oh well... it's in God's hands now (actually, it has been from the beginning). OK that's enough out of me - getting off my soapbox now.
