"I attempted to Cancel a Super Saver (cancel Everstrong) that I have used for months which has not produced the advertised results and also to cancel a duplicate Super Saver (cancel Perfect Multi and leave Perfect Multi for Men) and could not do so.

I checked My Super Savers listing this morning and noticed that my above problems with the Robot had been acted upon. Thank you! I was also informed by my friend at work this morning that the robot is not supposed to cancel Super Savers, that one must communicate with a sales person to do so. I was not aware of that rule. You may certainly remove my two star evaluation and replace it with five stars. It appears the problem was mine, but you acted upon it regardless.
