"Ultimate Vitamin C product is great. But I ordered two bottles on 12/18 and then I get three on Jan 10. Ridiculous timing. This will take me months to go through. Will look to reschedule order, but if not, will cancel. This makes me angry."

"You have a good product but two things that bother me:
1. I ordered an extra bottle ofthe OJC. You charged me $50+ dollars for it and it was barely half full. That is a definite perception that the customer is being short changed. Not a good way to get people to recommend your product.
2. You sent me a free trial and now it is insisted that I will be on an automatic reorder program. I think that is definitely a bad way to do business. You have a good product and it works but you probably should think more of the customer service end and less of the bottom line and word of mouth would be a great marketing tool for you."

I did not expect my relative to be charged $30 Canadian - and picking it up from a post outlet.
