She just kept repeating the Purity rhetoric which didn't make economic sense. "I would recommend Purity Products. The package arrived intact and everything I had ordered was packed neatly in the box. I discovered that one of the products (an Omega 3 supplement) contained an ingredient that I cannot take (shellfish), and the customer service department was very kind and efficient in helping me to return that product. I was told that they would have been willing to refund my money even if I had used some of the product. I was very impressed with that! I have started taking the other product that I ordered (B-12 Energy Berry Melt), and I am feeling much more energetic. Purity sent me a $20 gift card which I greatly appreciated. The only concern I had was the way the customs declaration had been filled in when the box was shipped. I live in Canada, so I have to pay a federal sales tax (GST). The customs declaration stated the full value of the products I had ordered, not the actual price I had paid after receiving special discounts and sales incentives from Purity. As a result, I had to pay an extra $12 above what I actually owed in sales tax. However, I am quite satisfied overall and would recommend Purity Products."
"I ordered Everstrong tablets. I got a confirmation email for the order and logged into their system to check status. It said they were shipped 3 days later on August 1st. They advertise that you will get your order in 5-7 business days. After 9 business days I called & they said for some reason they hadn't shipped yet but that they were going to ship that day. They said they would expedite the shipping & I would have them in 5 business days. After that time was up, I called them again & they said they still hadn't shipped & that the tablets had been out of stock and backordered the whole time. They told me again that they would ship that day & It would be another 5 business days, I asked them to ship the order faster & she said she thought she could get it shipped 3 day delivery. She said as soon as she knew how they were going to ship, she would call me back. Never got that call. Tomorrow is 3 days. We'll see what happens. I like the product but the shipping is ridiculous. I originally ordered on a radio trial special which claimed 5-7 business day shipping & it took so long to get that order that I had forgotten that I even order them."
