"I heard about Purity Products on KFI 640AM Radio show so I knew the products would be top notch.

I'm very happy with the results. I ordered several products to aid the eye and vision health since diagnosed with a retina tear and detached retina. I'm gathering info on how to heal the eye without surgery. I can honestly say my vision got worse and now since taking the vitamins, herbs, teas, foods recommended for liver and eye repair I feel it's making an improvement. The Bates method of vision eye healing and rest are helping as well. I don't know for sure if i can avoid surgery.

When I called the catalog order line and they didn't have the same promo offer as on-line. The sales rep. attempted to offer a different promotion, however I didn't wan't to join the auto-ship program or spend more cash to save more cash. Oddly, she couldn't match the on-line offer of free shipping and said "It only a few dollars, not that much. And couldn't give the free sample gift bottle advertised on the radio (she did have buy one - get one free) ."

I've been is sales and retail almost 20 years and I know better than to be bullied into upselling. I don't agree with companies going on-line and undercutting there own employees and ultimately costing them there jobs when they down-size. Been there, done that!

When your selling the same product and a catalog rep is taking orders over the phone (not in a retail store with overhead) why not match the on-line price offers and support the people who do great work for you...the employees.

Sorry, sales rep. I didn't give you the sale or commission and ultimatly ordered on line as my life is on a budget right now. Maybe on the next order.
