""I started with Eclipse cycling over the winter in order to have kits for spring. To fulfill the order they sent me to their sister company, Purple Moon. i ordered and waited. My order was lost in customs. In MayI was told to give it 3 more weeks because customs can get backlogged.By the time I waited for it to clear customs, I had missed paypals moneyback period.(I had not realized it was only 45 days). In order for the USPS to give me the insurance, Purple Mooon/Eclipse have to be the ones to initiate the search. I have been trying through facebook, their online contact forms, and emails to get a hold of them since May. It is now August and they have still not replied to a single message. This is ridiculous. Their customer service is truly horrible. Do not do business with them. They will not help if there are any problems with the orde"
