Bad experience with horrible customer service

"Do not order from this company. I recently ordered from them and had a very bad experience. They charged my credit card immediately upon placing the order and I called the next day to check the shipping status because I badly needed the part, and was told it was shipping that same day. When the order hadn't arrived as expected, I called to follow-up and was rudely told by Jeff in customer service that they were still awaiting the part and would ship it when they received it, but he could make no guarantees. I cancelled the order, but when I asked about the timeframe to receive a refund to my credit card, Jeff abruptly hung up without answering the question and wouldn’t answer my further calls, so I was forced to call my bank and dispute the change in fear it wouldn’t be refunded timely or at all.
