"This review will focus upon the company, not the product. Since I needed one, I read a lot of reviews for Toshiba power supplies and decided to buy one from Pwr+. They have great reviews on Amazon, they have a decent website, however there were no reviews here on RR. On a Sunday, I decided to order from their website since I could use a 16% off coupon. I placed the proper item in my cart and then applied the coupon. It was accepted and my total was $21.00 instead of $25.00. When I used PayPal to pay, the total returned to $25.00 but I did not catch it until PayPal emailed my receipt later on Sunday. I immediately emailed the seller using one of the two addresses (vip) on their website and asked either the credit be given for the coupon or the order be canceled. I had received an email receipt from them (the “info” address) that ended up in my spam folder and was not seen until a couple of days later. In the meantime Prior to recovering the flagged messages, I sent a follow up email via the “info” email address.

Once the spam flagged message recovered, it showed I should have been charged the $21.00. A second email from them on Tuesday provided the tracking number. The item made it across the country and was delivered on Thursday (Monday was a holiday) via USPS Priority Mail.

My follow up email was addressed and I was given a $5 refund via PayPal later on Thursday. Good communication is essential in anything. This could have been a 2-star review had the company failed to respond and address my inquiry. I would recommend using this vendor for power supplies based upon my experience and their numerous positive product reviews on Amazon."
