"I ordered a MI 10400mAh powerbank on 18 July 2014. On the 23 July 2014 they email me said that the item already send out. But until 13 August 2014, I still haven't received the item yet. The worst thing is they use lousy courier company, I tried to trace my item at the courier website (http://qsm.mypostonline.com.my/Tracking_detail.php), but the website is not working!!
On the 13 August 2014, I submitted to cancel this item and refund the money to me. But up until now 26 August 2014, I haven't received any reply from Qoo10 Malaysia yet. The worst thing is they don't provide any contact number, how I can follow up with them?
