"Called about panic device needed, told in stock ready to ship if I order next hour or so. Put in Purchase order and was notified my bank account was charged immediately, got email next day saying part not available and would be 10 days or more back ordered. Called and told to cancel order as this was dependent upon same day shipping, 12 days later still no refund, Called company as was told that order voided and that they would call the "Boss" and tell him he needs to process a refund. That should have already been done. Be aware reviews are not current, my guess, original company sold, would not ever recommend this company to any or my contractors or customers I deal with and will let everyone know about this. "
