"We are renovating 3 full baths in our home and have been very pleased with our Quality Bath experiences.
Most recently, we received a defective item ordered through QB. We registered the problem on the QB website and Chaya at QB contacted me promptly to correct the situation. Chaya issued a full refund plus a label to cover return shipping costs. We dropped of the item for return at a nearby FedEx office. The process was quick and "painless." While we will not reorder that particular item, we will be placing future orders for additional bath materials through QB. Thank you, Chaya and Quality Bath!"
