I would like to note that the item I purchased was hand crafted in England and the manufacturer had disclosed that approximately 1% of all their inventory had a label on the incorrect side of the product. After placing the order, I called Quality Bath Customer Service to ask a question on a separate item when they informed me of the potential issue with the product I ordered previously. Rarely do you find a customer service line that makes you aware of a potential issue, most are only reactive to problems (not proactive). The customer service representative assured me that she would have the item individually checked before it shipped, along with being very helpful answering questions that most would tell me to just call the manufacturer directly on. I have not found many companies that offer this type of service, and when I do they tend to get my business for life. "
