"Our representative, Jaimie, went above and beyond any imaginable expectation in ensuring the products for our event were high quality and received in a timely manner.
Originally, we ordered products from a few different vendors. The water bottles we ordered from Quality Logo were received within a week of finalizing our order and looked great!
More than 10 days after placing our order with the "other" vendor, they still had not processed our request! So we canceled the order with the other vendor and decided to place it with Quality Logo which was the best decision we could have made!
The overall price was comparable but the product at Quality Logo was definitely better and they were incredibly easier to work with! Most importantly, we received our order within one week of finalizing it with Quality Logo!
The service, support, and guidance from our representative, Jaimie, has been nothing short of exemplary! She was incredibly professional and outrageously helpful to us in ensuring that we received the best product in time for our event!!
By the way this was no small or simple order! We ordered a quantity of 200 customized water bottles, 200 customized cloth face masks, and 200 customized canvas tote bags. Everything looked great! And we will definitely be using Quality Logo again in the future!
