"The process was simple. The customer service was patient with changes and stayed on top of the needs. The end product looks great. The shipping was timely and arrived in great shape. These are being used for a fundraiser and so they have not been "used" yet but a future update will be given once they have been used repeatedly. At current, I would highly recommend this company. "
