"We ordered water bottles and the turnaround time was fairly short. Quality Logo Products was very transparent in that they would do everything possible to get them to us in time, but certain factors related to shipping were out of their control. I appreciated that they didn't necessarily promise me they would get here, but assured me they would do everything in their power to make sure we had them in time. In the end, they arrived a week earlier than expected. Whew! The water bottles look great and we would definitely order again."
