"I ordered custom tote bags. The process of which was easy, I was able to customize exactly how I wanted to, and had all the help I needed along the way. I got the proof, it look good and I ordered it. Then when I received my tote bags, the ink was the wrong color. I took a picture and let my rep, "Doc", know about the error, he apologized, and was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Big ups to him and his team for their customer service skills. And even with the wrong ink, the products look great!"
