"I was working with two different vendors for two different products and I'm disappointed I didn't just order everything from Quality Logo Products because their service and product and speed was so far superior to the other company I was working with at the same time. "I would use these folks again in the future. Time frame they gave when to expect the product was on time if not a bit early. Product looks great. Para-cord Bracelets also doubles as a strap. Great for holding cords and hoses in the garage.
Only hiccup during the process. After submitting the order. 7 business days-ish went by. I never received a next step email on final Confirmation and payment. I did have to send a reminder/request email on how to order and pay. Matthew responded and tossed that request over with in a few hours. Thanks Y'all."
