"I had a great first experience with Jaimie Smith from your company. The whole experience flowed very smoothly from beginning to end. I had a tight deadline for this first order and Jaimie was able to make it happen! There is only one area that could have been better. When my items were shipped, the labels did not have my name on it, just my company name. We are a large company and the receiving dock had no idea who the shipments belonged to. I spoke to Jaimie and she will correct this on orders going forward.
