"I contacted Leo regarding needing some bigger paper bags for our store. We are a furniture store but carry bedding, pillows, décor, all of that good stuff. Everywhere I looked online, and believe me, I spent weeks doing extensive searches and research, required two cases to be purchased of their paper bags if they were the appropriate size, so that would end up being close to $1000 for the cost of the bags plus the plate charge and extra costs required to get any sort of logo printed on the bag. The only size bags that sometimes would allow a smaller quantity to be ordered were way too small for our needs. I was feeling very frustrated because while yes, we did need shopping bags, we did not need a thousand of them in that big size...that is a lot of pillows to sell.
Then I came across this company and sent an inquiry about the bags and getting our logo put on them. Not only did Leo respond within minutes with all of the information I needed, by the next morning I had a proof with our logo on it and a breakdown of cost for the items. I wanted a different color and font, sent him an example and by that afternoon, he had sent me another proof with EXACTLY what I wanted our bags to look like. After I said yes that was the concept I liked, he sent an email with a proof approval link, a payment approval link and an invoice so everything was done literally in a click of a mouse.
My bags were created, printed and shipped in a matter of days and had them by the end of the business week. They look just as good as I had hoped they would and serve the purpose that I needed them for. We can safely now fit all size pillows, bed and décor inside the bags. Leo even sent follow up e-mails to ensure that we knew the items had been printed, shipped and tracking so we could keep an eye on the progress. I could not be more thrilled with this company and our experience with them. "
