"I ordered customized pens for a spiritual renewal weekend, and I submitted the order I realized that a word that was repeated several times should have been capitalized and wasn't. I contacted Angie, a sales consultant and she fixed the issue for me. When the pens arrived the box was damaged (you know how careful those delivery drivers can be). I did an inventory of the pens and found that some were missing and some were broken. Once again I reached out to Angie, and she immediately refunded me for the broken and lost pens.
I will definitely use Quality Logo Products again in the future.
Oh, and everyone at the renewal event LOVED their new pen.
