"The personalized sharpie pens I ordered were fantastic, but the best part of my experience was the customer service. I needed my pens for a big presentation, but due to supply chain issues, my shipment was delayed. When I relayed this to my customer service contact he immediately offered to overnight the pens at no additional cost so I would have them on time. I will absolutely use this service again!"

"I ordered about 350 of the fidget spinners and asked for a custom design from this seller. The reason I chose them is because they were one of the only companies that would show me mock-up artwork of what I wanted before purchasing. Many other places want you to purchase the product first, and that can be really stressful if they can't complete the design you want.
Quality Logo Products was amazing about sending me the mock-up artwork in 24 hrs. Once the art work was done, they worked closely with me to figure out the best placement and space to put text and our logo on the product.
Shuana Gould and her team were very professional, and kind. The team was efficient on getting my order placed, invoice sent, and a delivery date solidified. The order was even delivered early!
