"The customer service prior to order was fantastic. I even received the acrylic cups I ordered a few days prior to their estimate. When I looked at the cups I noticed that the logo was printed on, so I made sure to use myself as a guinea pig. I used it once, and hand washed it carefully in lukewarm water with the soft side of the sponge and Dawn foam dish soap. The logo STILL started to come off. I was a little bummed, but dried it and put it into my cup cabinet. A couple days later, I took out this cup again, and filled it, and when I went to put the lid on found out that it no longer fit. I am very disheartened and cannot give these as gifts to my clients, so I'm out this money and have way too many of the same bad quality cups to use around the house."
