Accept it wasn't nighttime when I walked into the room and the room was not a room but a page. A web page to be precise. A web page about the dreaded word of marketing.
No not online marketing but offline - though done right the two operate as a hand in a glove.
Having been on many of these types of sites I decided to query support because I believe that a product is only as good as the support it provides. To my astonished surprise, Leo was quick to answer, thorough in information, and friendly in focus.
Before I knew it I had samples headed my way which arrived in a timely fashion though I only found one box and reached out to Leo. We were both confused on the matter but Leo patiently worked through the process only to discover that I had not yet seen the second box.
Let's call that a BCAC issue.
What is BCAC?
It is the device that exists squarely between the computer and chair that I personally was sitting upon.
We laughed at the confusion while Leo remained helpfully friendly and available.
My wife and I finally decided to place our Graceful Touch massage therapy order and began to wait with anticipated excitement.
We didn't have to wait long till two large boxes showed up in our office. These were set with our logo in place and looked perfect.
All in all, we are pleased with the results of our offline marketing for online success within our brick and mortar business. Looking forward to more of the same as our needs arise.
