I wish I have never dealt with this company

"I placed the order for an item that my wife wanted for her birthday. I paid for expedite shipping (next day air) but the quantum did not even bother to schedule UPS pickup. No matter how many times I tried to reach the customer service - there was no response. I don't know how this company still stays in business with such attitude towards the customers . So now I'm not sure what to do, I paid my hardworking money and I have nothing in return. Will never deal with quantum again. "

"Actually, Quantum did send me an email and ask me to leave feedback -- but to call them first if I had anything but a 5-star experience.
I did call them. All I got was a receptionist who offered a half-hearted apology. But no explanation of how it could happen that a premium-shipment got sent SmartPost via snail mail. She refused to elevate my call to anyone in a position of authority.
So -- I told her I would be leaving feedback that did not reflect 5-star experience
Actually I am FURIOUS with Quantum Wireless -- an apoplectic, unhappy, furious customer.
And I will NOT be leaving positive feedback -- I WILL be leaving negative feedback, if and when I ever receive the part, and there is nothing -- absolutely NOTHING -- that can be done to change that.
I ordered a wireless network device, and I paid $20.00 for premium shipping -- TWENTY FRIGGING DOLLARS (remember I get 2-day shipping for free from Amazon).
I ordered the part on Tuesday, Aug 12, and I paid for premium shipping so I would have the part before I left for the weekend the following Friday (Aug 15). The mating parts I ordered at the same time from Amazon arrived 2 days later on Thursday Aug 14.
But -- despite having paid for PREMIUM shipping, $20.00 FRIGGING DOLLARS, here it is Wed Aug 20, I still don't have the part, and I have already left for the weekend to go to the boatclub where my WiFi service is crippled while I await the part -- and it will be yet another weekend without being able to fix the network.
THEY SHIPPED THE PART VIA UPS SMARTPOST -- so I am waiting for UPS to deliver it to the snail mail company so they can deliver it to me. For $20.00 FRIGGING DOLLARS, and it is going to take TWO FRIGGING WEEKS TO GET TO ME. I just got notice from UPS that the part will be delivered via snail mail on Saturday, Aug 23. I won't see it until Monday.
What I think they did was take my $20.00 FRIGGING DOLLARS, and pocketed that money, and then sent it via cheap snail mail and tried to profit off of me, thinking I wouldn't notice.
Well -- I noticed.
Newegg has already refunded the shipping -- I sure as hell hope it came out of Quantum Wireless’ pocket rather than Newegg's pocket.
But NOTHING can make up for 2 additional weekends of crippled WiFi at my boat club while I am awaiting a part that I paid PREMIUM shipping for that they tried to scam me on.

It's a short boating season here in Michigan -- wouldn't trade it for anywhere by the way -- fresh water boating on the Great Lakes is better than any other place on any other water on earth -- but I could have walked to Quantum Wireless’ warehouse and picked it up faster than it took for them to ship it to me.

"I won't be doing business with them ever again. I ordered an item for delivery within the same city as the company. Emailed the company two days later because I couldn't obtain tracking information from their website. I was informed that the order status couldn't be checked on their website but that the item should ship out the next day at which time I would receive a tracking number via email. Two more days later I emailed about the tracking number (which I had not received) and told them that if it still hadn't shipped I wanted the order canceled. I was told that it would be shipping that day.

Yet another day later I emailed to tell them I would like the order canceled since I still hadn't received any further information. I was told that since it was already processed for that day and would ship out that night it was too late to cancel. I emailed back to tell them to cancel it because it would be refused at this point because I purchased the item from elsewhere three days later and received it a day ago. They emailed me a (fake) tracking number and said I could refuse the package.

A week later and the tracking number finally showed that the shipping label was created but that the item had not shipped. A few days later still and the charge remains on my credit card but the item STILL has not shipped.

Will not be doing business with these disorganized scammers again.

"I contacted a represenative who was extremely helpful and friendly. The product arrived as specified and I immediately installed the cellular signal booster. This is an awersome product! Now my cellphone gets a full signal almost anywhere in the house. Text, phone calls, etc, where it was almost impossible before I installed the signal booster.
