There is definitely a problem with Quickcall. I have repeatedly called customer service to complain about the SAME problem!! Half the time i try to use the service my call is connected to the wrong party. I only purchased the service to call one number in England and half the time it works and half the time it doesnt. I really want my money back as the service is useless...
Of course one of the customer service agents told me that at least I got through 1/2 the time!! That's the sort of service and reliability that I should be grateful for?? The only compensation is that they will credit the error calls...3 cents at a time. This company has basically stolen my money. What a rip off. Use at your own peril!!
I have had a terrible time with Quickcall. Over 1/2 the time my call is connected to some random person and not the person I want to speak to. I have had to call customer service numerous times. Each time the problem is temporarily fixed until 2-3 calls later and I get that same random person instead of the person I'm calling.
Even when I get through to the correct number the line has a ton of static on it or I can barely hear the other person.
I can't even get my money back as I have prepaid (foolishly) and they don't give refunds..."
