"Ordered and received an 'open box' 'new 2020 model iMac' in February 2021. Not new model, though...2017 model ! Had software probs and was told to send it back and they would EXCHANGE it.
NOPE.
They fought me every step of the way and I finally agreed [reluctantly] and got my iMac back 2 weeks later ---not totally fixed. Had to pay APPLE to get a techie to patiently fix it online [2 hours!] and it's like when I first received it in February 2021.
They gave me pitiful excuses for their policies but never, ever got satisfaction.

"I bought an LG V 40 phone for $339.00 + California State Sales Tax for a total of $373.75, returned it and was only refunded $186.87 because they say that they found some of my info that was supposed to be deleted by me. I went through the delete process of holding down the volume and power button simultaneously and then it wanted to start a reinstall asking for the preferred language so shut it off, repacked it and sent it back in pristine condition.
How in the world does the seller think that they can charge $169.00 for that. These people actually kept 50% of the State Sales Tax as well.
I think that has to be a Felony, Interstate Theft of State Sales Tax. Their gimmick is that they say that it can be returned within 30 days if in the same condition. I can see that if the phone was dropped, broken or otherwise abused but this was nothing but some info that didn't get deleted.
They are deeming that as, "not in the same condition". Actually California is not one of the states on their ebay web site that they list as being under that policy. Nowhere does it say that they think that they have the right to keep half of your money. It is beyond belief that they are trying to keep $169.00 for the pressing of a couple buttons.
I think that the "Federal Trade Commission" will be interested in their State Tax Theft !
I strongly suggest that you stay away from these thieves."

On March 31 I got an email that I had received a refund.
I didn t want a refund. I just wanted to exchange the incorrect phone for the one I paid for.
I was sure to communicate and was told from someone there that the phone would simply be exchanged for the correct one. A Note 10 + Aura Glow would be shipped to me, I would be notified.
I have sent them multiple emails and left 2 voicemails and THEY.DONT.CARE. "

"I received a Soundbar from this outfit after I had returned one already. They did return the money for the 1st. return, and all of the sudden, a 2nd. one was delivered by FedEx. When I opened the box, which was already very damaged, I found the sound bar in virtually junk conditions. The item looked like pulled out of a recycle bin. Scratched, dings, broken screens. I though these guys must be joking. It is not worth sending this item back. Feels like they used me to dispose of their junk. I personally hope that buyers look elsewhere for their electronics needs.
