Horrible Service

"Order 8 items. Received notice the order shipped. Then received an email saying an item on the order did not ship because it was no longer available. Tried live chat to see if we could get a shipping comp to get the item in another color. Service was absolutely non-existent and kept referring me to some policy on the site. Totally unwilling to do ANYTHING!"

Worst Customer Service EVER!

"This company has got to have one of the worst customer service EVER! If they would allow you to post ZERO stars I would. I had ordered a sweatshirt as a birthday gift for someone & was so excited to receive it. When I received it in the mail they had totally sent the wrong item. Yes it was a sweatshirt, but was NOT the color I ordered (not to mention it was ugly). So I contacted them via online chat and explained this was a gift (needed by this weekend). I asked them if they could rush me another one- you know- the one I had actually ordered & paid for, but they refused to do anything until they had confirmation from Fed Ex that I was sending it back. They emailed me a return label, and I rushed it to Fed Ex. Fed Ex picked up my item on 3/1 and I still hadn't received any form of confirmation that they had shipped me another one. Today 3/3 I contacted them, and they said "well did you call us with the tracking number?" Why would I have to contact them with the tracking number when they're the ones that sent me the return label and information? By this time- they had already received my item back to their location- it arrived yesterday- and STILL I didn't receive any form of confirmation they were sending me out a new sweatshirt. So then I asked if they could rush me my item- or even possibly overnight ship it to me (which it should only take 1 day to get it, because we're both in CA- and it only took one day for my return to be received), but they refused & said my item will most likely ship out Monday or Tuesday at the earliest. REALLY? I had ordered my item on Feb. 23rd, & now it's March 3rd, & they still have not emailed me any form of confirmation. I understand mistakes are made, we're all human, but they should be eager to fix the problem since the issue was their fault and not mine. They offered me a refund- but I don't want the refund, I want the item I purchased & paid for. This was my first purchase with them, & will obviously be my last. Don't bother wasting your time or money with this seller. They are horrible. Again- I would put ZERO stars for customer service, return process, shipping process, & their return process. There hasn't been anything positive about my shopping experience with Quicksilver.com. "

"A few words to the Wise : Quick Silver has one of the worst customer service departments in retail today! I have had repeated issues, and they are unwilling to bend in any way, or make concessions for their misrepresentations, even though I am a many time repeat customer, and have purchased many items. There are many retail establishments out there, both on-line, and in retail outlets who would go out of their way to keep me as a loyal customer. Even though I promised that I would do this if they did not display some good faith offers, they repeatedly blurted out generic impersonal responses that did not make me feel like a valued customer, but just another number. In my opinion they have not earned my continued business, nor do I believe they deserve to be in business. Hope you all heed this warning : They don't give a HOOT about YOU or ME!"

"My teenage son will only wear a few brands of clothes, and Quicksilver is one of them. Their website offers free shipping and I can usually find what I need in their sale section. Their shirts are cut a little snugger than he likes to wear, so I always order up a size. And their fleece-lined hoodies are great! I did have a shipping issue over Xmas that they resolved to get me an order on time, although I did have to both call and email them to make it happen."
