"These guys rock, they certainly aren't the cheapest retailers around, but it's worth paying the extra for their customer service and specialised products. I've had to return an item due to a fault, and they really made the process as painless as possible. I even accidentally damaged part of a product I bought from them (entirely my fault), I emailed them, explained the situation, and asked if they had any spare parts they could sell me so that I wouldnt have to buy a whole new unit, they sent me a free replacement! I was so impressed. Overall a very professional, courteous and helpful retailer, I can't think of a bad thing to say about them."

"I purchased a quiet Molex CPU fan and a pair of Papst case fans from QuietPC. The order arrived reasonably quickly. The CPU fan worked well for about a day, and then began making whirring noises.

"I've ordered from this site 3 times now and it has consistently been a positive experience. Items are packed well and communication has been prompt. I received a fan that wasn't up to par and after e-mailing them that night, next morning a replacement was sent along with pre-paid packing slip for the return.
I decided to add a few more items to an order I had made online the night prior. Even though they needed my credit card info to complete the transaction, they sent out the package, with my complete order, even before I called back. Great service.

I was starting to wonder if they were still in business (site hasn't been updated in a while + no contact).
Out of the blue, my order arrived. No email notification of the shipment.
Everything was well packed and arrived OK.
Overall, they do not live up to my expectations of how an online merchant should operate in 2002 ... maybe 1998, but not 2002."

The person on the phone was extremely kind and changed the shipping from the expensive UPS 2nd day air to a much cheaper USPS Priority Mail. Package arrived in about three days and in perfect order.
