A lot of companies are quick to ask customers for service survey without allowing enough time to truly know how to rate them. Most folks behave like a kid with a new toy and hand out praise above and beyond. They haven't, as it is with me at the moment, put the item to use or to use for any length of time. Thus don't know if it is as advertised or not. At this time I haven't used the toner as it was purchased ahead of time before my last cartridge of existing toner ran out. So right now I don't know if my shopping experience beyond the fast delivery is better than my 3 star rating. I'd like to come back after I have gone through a cartridge to rate it again and would welcome an email asking to do just that around, say, the end of March."
