"We ordered 4 replacement cartridges for our printer. Three out of four were defective - would only print about 60 - 70 pages and then quit. We decided we didn't even want to open the 4th. This is the first of many orders that we have had trouble with. So far I have given the required information to 4 different people over the phone and in writing in order to obtain a return shipping label and a credit on our return. As of yesterday, I am currently awaiting a return shipping label for the 2nd time. We'll see if it comes.

Actually, I was told yesterday I'd have the return shipping label by the end of the day. It did not come. Let's see what today will bring, if anything.

I will say 2 out of the four customer service people I spoke to were friendly and I thought they were being helpful but their follow-through wasn't adequate to accomplish the task.
