"Went on-line to order cartridges for my printer. I needed all 6 colors for my printer to function. I ordered a combo pack with one of each of the six cartridges. I was shipped 2 of each of four of the six cartridges. Can't use my printer until I get the other 2 colors. I called Customer service and was told the site linked the wrong combo pack to what I chose. They would be happy to simply send me the two missing cartridges. Since the two orders were the same price, I did not have to return anything, etc. Then I get an e-mail telling me they cannot do what the customer service rep said so I would either have to return the cartridges I received (which are now open and in my printer) or I would have to pay for their error and re-order the ones I was missing. Simply not good representation of your business and for $10 you would do this to a customer? No thanks the next time I need to order."
