Well the product I received wasn't the one I ordered. In their defense this is the third site I have ordered from stating that they had a certain revision of a Gigabyte motherboard. So this may be a distributor problem instead.

As soon as I told them they I received the wrong one they immediately told me I could return. I only kept it, because I would be inconvenienced without a computer for a few weeks.

They have had great customer support and they shipped it out the same day. I would definitely deal with R-tech again."
