"Rotors and pads are exceptional. Warehouse missed a part number and sent the wrong style of front pads. Logistically the turn around of the right one was efficient. So great job!The call center is in need of a refresher off the product line. The young lady was trying to do an exchange instead of resolving an error. So I wish I didn’t have to be terse with her to get her understand I wasn’t waiting for a tracking number on my end to send the incorrect ones back. I have no reason to keep the wrong ones!..haha. I had a trip planned so I was under a time crunch. When I called back to make sure the part number and a return label we’re coming so I could get your product back to you, that gentleman seemed far more knowledgeable and could immediately tell me how your part numbers cross. Ultimately all four corners installed pads and rotors, on a 2018 Ram Rebel and the results are everything I hoped they would be. I would recommend and will definitely purchase from your company! "

"2nd time I have ordered a full setup and the second time I was sent incorrect items. Last time it was two rotors, this time it was 2 full sets of brake pads. A very nice professional did quickly ship out the correct pads BUT as much as I like their Geomet rotors it is very frustrating to be shipped an incorrect auto part especially if it causes greater install costs."
