"This site is terrible, Avoid it at all costs, It took them 3 days to reply to my very first email. And they gave me a tracking number that did not work. I then emailed them again with no reply, not to mention my order says that its still processing to this day. I even paid the extra 5$ for the card to be delivered in a week, and it took them almost a 2 and a half weeks."

After i paid for my item i found this website and i honestly though i had been scammed from reading what others posted here.
I received all 4 of my items in 2 weeks to Australia.
They work perfectly they even game me free gifts.
Stop staining such a good companies name and if you place an order near the Christmas Period your a fool to think it will come promptly customs can only let so much out of the country.

"I agree that the order price gets a little screwy, but they do warn you about this when you place the order. It mentions exchange rates my differ than from the time of purchase than when the product was listed (in bad English) and I did end up paying 30¢ extra (listed as $5.90 and paid $6.20). Also, the shipping took 3 full weeks.
However, for a card that's worth $20 plus free shipping, I can't complain. In fact, I'm happy it actually worked! They do offer customer service, and they really try to help you in any way. Also, their r4 cards are authentic. If I needed to, I would buy from them again."
"BEWARE of buying from this seller. A few hours after placing my order, my credit card company called me about suspicious activity on my credit card originating from China. I had two separate charges, none which matched the amount r4ds-ds.com charged me on my order. On top of that, even their ordering process was screwy. The options were Visa/Mastercard, or Visa/No registration required. I chose the latter. I thought I was jumping on a good deal for 2 cartridges at $21.95. After checkout my total was $21.85. Fishy on all accounts."
"I had the same results as Alex202. Ordered cards Nov 15th and still don't have them as of Jan 6, 2011. I emailed them with a tracking number they provided and was told bascily they sent it now its the post office problem. Translation, thanks for your money fool. I also tried to leave feed back on the website and found it wont post negative feedback. I tried a diffrent source for the next one. I hope it works better."
"Terrible. Waited about 3 weeks for the item to arrive. When it finally did, I was pleased, as my R4i SDHC seemed to be in working order. All off a sudden it started reading the games weirdly (for instance I would try and play Cooking Mama but it would open up WarioWare). Some games stopped getting recognized all together. So I formatted the microSD card my R4i came with (FAT32) and now my DS doesn't recognize the card at all. I try to open the card in the DS and I get a message saying "Menu?". I have tried maybe 5-10 fixes I've found online and none have worked.
I don't know if I was sent a clone, or if I was sent a defective product. I sent the site an email about 4 days ago and have not received a reply. Regardless, I will not be doing business with these people again. "
"Ordered their R4+2GB memory on Nov 24th.. They said it was shipped on Nov 25. Last email from them after complaining stated that there is a 2 week delay. But another reviewer who placed an order 1 week prior to mine is still waiting.
Now the night before Christmas Eve and nothing in the mail.
Yet their web site states that if you order from them using express by early December that it should arrive by christmas. Sent 2 emails asking for updates with no response in the last 2-3 days. Their web site as of late is up and down like a co-ed toilet seat.
It is now New Years Eve and nothing in the mail yet. I have talked to Paypal and they said to give them until the end of the 1st full week of January to see if the package shows up. If it doesn't, then they will have to get involved to see how immediate the problem is fixed and possibily get in contact with all customers who ordered within my time period to see if they have received their packages. Will keep you posted.
Update... January 7, 2010.. Finally received the package after 6 weeks of waiting.. Testing in the next day or so to make sure everything works."
"This is my 3rd time ordering from this site... first time was really impressed. Hong Kong to Canada in a week and a half. Still haven't received my second order which was placed on November 5, 2009 (seeing that today is Dec 18th, a week before Christmas) and just placed a third on Dec 4th. I know I'm not in a rush for this last order, but I was hoping to get the second order as it is a Christmas gift! Not too impressed anymore!!"
