"This was my first purchases from RBA Electronics. I was very skeptical for a few reasons. First, the price was just too low (on a very hard-to-find item). Second, it was very difficult to find ratings on the company. And third, they're an electronics company located in Brooklyn. I found that they do have an Amazon store. Then, I called the toll-free number on their website and was talking to a real person within a few seconds. He answered all of my questions (correctly). So, I placed the order. A couple of hours later, the same guy calls me to verify some info, and thanks me repeatedly for my business. Three days later, the item arrives at my door...exactly what I ordered, in perfect condition. These guys did a fantastic job for me, and I will not hesitate to buy from them again."
