Then...after waiting to get an Xmaxx for YEARS...I get one from here. 10 minutes out of the box....pile of junk needs repairs. "Purchased a slot car track for my son, shipping box was fine but product box was torn open with loose and damaged parts. They stated that they always ship their product sealed and too bad. I sent them photos of the shipping box, product box and broken parts, but they didn't care.

"We bought my dad a Hot Wheels Slot Car Set this Christmas for fun. He opened the box and noticed the racing tree was not electric, just a piece of plastic, so we wanted to exchange it for a more expensive product. The return policy states that they only give full refunds for unopened packages (which in itself is ridiculous because you need to open the package to check the contents inside) and that if the item is opened they deduct from your return.
EVERYTHING in the box, other than the main package remained sealed and unopened. I was refunded HALF of my money and had to pay an additional $32 to send the item back on top of that... for a brand new item, they will turn around and sell for full price. While the policy on it's own is an absolute scam, if this company was clear and transparent about how little they would be willing to give back I would have kept the item. When all was said and done, I lost more money than the product was actually worth. "
"I bought a nitro engine from them in February. I didn't install it until April. I started it and it ran for 5 seconds until it seized (broken con rod). I emailed a few times before they answered me telling me that warranty was past thirty days. I gave 1 star because the product was delivered. That's the only good thing about my experience with these jokers"

"About a year ago, I bought a TRX 6X6 from these guys, and the truck worked great for about a week until I drove it through very shallow water and the thing died on me. I was 3 miles from home when it happened so I had to carry it home. I unscrewed the receiver box to see if it was sealed properly, and water had completely fried the receiver. Thinking this thing was fully waterproof and just dropping over $600 on it I was definitely upset. I contacted them for a return and the truck was sent back to them. I get a call from Caleb and he tells me I'm only getting a partial refund. I was shocked. He told me that it was apparent the truck had been driven in very deep water, which was most certainly true, and claimed that the truck had signs of rust in many areas. I got into a yelling match with him on the phone and it got so bad that I hung up. I'd had enough with this joke of a person. I contacted eBay and was given a full refund which was awesome considering I deserved it. Don't buy from these sleeze bags. You'll regret it if you run into trouble. I also made this review after the whole ordeal and came back to check on it and it had been deleted! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE 5 STAR REVIEWS!!"

"I will forever use RCSuperstore as my go-to shop for all my hobby needs. In the midst of the pandemic, we had an issue with the shipping company. RCSuperstore spent hours communicating back and forth with me, giving me great advice, and ultimately going above and beyond to get my order here. I assumed it would be months before my issue resolved, but RCsuperstore had my rc car to me within a week!
