"I was looking for a copy of the video game "Battlefield: Bad Company 2" and looked online for the best deal. REM Sales was about $13 less than the rest of the pack - but also had no feedback (good or bad), so I was a little skeptical. I went ahead with the order, and was very pleased for two reasons - one, because I got what I ordered (a new copy of the game, which you should expect) and two, fairly expeditious and FREE shipping. I think it took 4 days or so, but I didn't opt for any shipping upgrades.

So for the quality of the product, customer-friendly free-shipping, and the product price, I'd give REM a 10/10.
