" Ordered a product on the 7th, website lies about its order status by showing you its been Shipped, And it has not been shipped,and the tracking number is BS,USPS states they only have been electronically notified however has not received the package for shipping, they wont answer phone calls at customer service nor sales, they do not reply to your emails.
AVOID this store, go to other stores to shop they will most likely have the same product. "
"This stores is poorly managed, customer support is non-existant (just try to talk to somebody there---the phone is never answered). E-mail response takes days. They charge your credit card immediately when order is placed, then tell you a week later that items are not available. I was charged an extra $77 for 2 day shipping, got the 1st and only part of my order 2 weeks later!! I am still waiting for a refund for itmes they cannot supply althought ehy had no problem taking my money. One of the biggest ripoff stores on the internet.

"dont buy from RPSTORE they steal your money. i bought some products with them and i paid with my international credit card emitted outside the USA and they charged it and then sent me an email telling me they couldnt make the transaction because it was not a USA credit card. Anyway they havent sent me the cancelled transaction so i can ask my bank for my money back cause they have already paid for it. I have been trying to contact RPSTORE.COM thru phone but is impossible and i have sent email to Brian Wong who is in Customer Service and it has been more than 7 weeks since i made the transaction and i havent receive my money back and i havent receive neither the cancelled transaction document that they were supposed to send me. DONT BUY FROM RPSTORE. "
