Worst prescription safety glasses manufacturing company

"This company is a joke. I ordered a prescription safety glasses with a frame, turns out that the frame and the prescription don't match each other, and they refused to give me a different frame and asked me to make a new order and that it was my fault that I had selected a frame that doesn't match the prescription. not to mention that their customer service and the manager are a joke and refuse to admit the problem but instead divert it to the customer and ask him to make a new order with 50% discount. Total paid $290 and finally told them that they can keep the prescription and safety glasses as a souvenir since I'm not interested in a defective product/design"

A complete scam...

"The first problem was that my glasses took a month to arrive. The company made a lot of excuses, blaming the mail service, when they themselves caused the problems. On top of that, when they finally arrived, the glasses were not made with the materials that I chose on the page and they were also in the wrong prescription and scratched, as if it happened from someone who already uses them.

A deplorable service, not to say, scam. Today there are much better options in the market like tactical RX or sport RX. I will never buy from this company again

"I ordered $440.00 worth of safety glasses and they did not work for me, They do not fit properly and the safety shields are very generic and do not sit on the frame properly you have to adjust the the shield every time you put on the glasses."

Never Buy from RX safety Horrible Customer service and experience

"I purchased glasses, they made them wrong. I had to pay to send them back, they refused to. They remade one lens, shipped them to me with a damaged right lens. It had pin dots and a scratch that was not there when I sent it out. I called ,they wanted to remake them again, I told them I wanted a refund. I was told they would supply a label. 20 Minutes later I received an email that said they would not pay return shipping. They would not issue an RMA until I agreed to pay the return shipping. I was told I would receive a complete refund. To me this meant the entire amount , including shipping. They only refunded the amount for the glasses. I now have paid over $50 in shipping for glasses they made incorrectly, then damaged. I would only wish them that they reap the benefit of their poor customer service and go out of business. The woman on the phone was rude, hard to understand. "

Worst company ever

"I put in an order on 2/21 and stated that it takes 5-10 business days to make them, and was told I would get a tracking number friday 3/4 or today 3/7 well I have not got any of that information I call them and they tell me that they ran out of material in processing so it has been delayed, Never got an email telling me about the delay and then you cant get into your online account and cant reset your password either. worse company and worst customer service. will never order from them again "

Save your money!

"I ordered two pairs of replacement lens glasses with their Black Friday sale. Sent the first pair so I could keep wearing one pair until I received the first pair back with my new prescription lens. The first pair was perfect so I sent in my other frames for prescription sunglasses with the new prescription. When I received them back - double vision! I put them on and went outside to see how they were in the sun. Two joggers ran past me across the street and I saw FOUR! I immediately emailed the company, replying to an earlier email from when they received the second pair of frames but I got no response."

Lens without the Prescription

"Ordered safety glasses with prescription lens. Received the glasses with clear lens. Returned (at my cost $11.30). Recieved the replacement glasses with what should have beed the correct lens. Still can see out of them. Also requested to be compensated for having to return for thier mistake at my cost. No response. Buyer beware."

Horrible Quality and Customer Services

"I had horrible experience. They messed up my ray ban sunglasses. I paid around $97 for nothing. The quality of their products and the customer service are awful. Don't waste of your time and money with them."

Failed to honor return for prescription change

"After receiving my prescription safety glasses I found the prescription was not correct so I started the return process to have the lenses remade. To be clear, the return/remake is not free. There is an $87 charge for this, so I was not asking for anything free. Because this was in the middle of covid I asked the customer service representative if I needed to return the glasses within the 30 day time window per their standard return policy or if I could wait until I could go back to the optometrist to update the prescription. He said that because I started the process within 30 days I could wait to actually return the glasses. Because of Covid it ended being a few months until I could go back to the optometrist, but once I had the new prescription I sent the glasses back for remake. However, I was informed by a different customer service representative that they would not honor the remake request because too much time had elapsed."

Wrong lenses

"I ordered a pair the frames are great however the lenses were so wrong. Did online chat and they said that I must be wrong. I took them to optometrist. They said that I wear -3s and the one they sent are +4s the total opposite of what I wear. Rx safety talked to me like I was an idiot and that I had to send them back so they can check. Already over month to get these. Probably have to wait an month or two to get the right ones. "

Bad customer service

"This has the worst customer service I've seen. They email me about my order and I responded back within 10 seconds, and I had to wait 3 days just for a respond back. I had to email them to get a responds back. when I return my safety glasses because they came out wrong. They never emailed me about my glasses arrived and again i had to called them about them after 4 days. Product is good but bad customer service. "

Terrible Service

"I ordered Rx sunglasses for a total of $254.03 on April 14. Received an order confirmation. When I reached out to them on April 22, a week after my order, I was told they were on backorder. I reached out to "chat" customer service and they could not even tell me when they would be available. The rep sent me a link to other glasses that could be used for sunglasses. Absolutely the ugliest frames and not even near that I originally ordered which was Oakley Feedback glasses. Online customer service was completely unhelpful. When I was asked how my online customer service was, I gave them a low rating. Today, 28 hours after initially reaching out to them, they send me an auto-receipt for a refund. No explanation, no apology, no nothing. I would NEVER do business with this company again. Now I am 9 days out from my initial order and needed these for an outdoor event I am attending in 10 days. Thank you for nothing!

PS If something is backordered, how about not make it available to purchase on your site!

They broke my frames with zero compensation or communication.

"I was excited to buy some excellent goggles specifically designed for healthcare workers from a different company. I was so happy with the goggles and unfortunately sent them to RX Safety to have prescription lenses installed instead of the company the goggles manufacturer recommended. I sent my goggles to them and excitedly awaited their return. First concern: I never received an acknowledgment that they received the frames. Fortunately, I was able to see by my tracking number that they had. Second concern: I didn't hear anything at all from them for over three weeks despite sending two messages requesting an update on the order five days apart. Neither message was answered. The last straw was when I FINALLY received an email about my order, but it was to tell me that they broke the frame during placement of the lenses. They offered a 20% discount on new frames from them. Really? 20% is all you can offer? They did refund the price of the lenses.
So, zero communication despite repeatedly trying to contact them, broken frames, and no customer service following that. Terrible, man.

Fantastic Service

"I read some poor reviews from other people. Aw far as Im concerned they are completely WRONG. I ordered Sunday, Jan 24th, on Wed. I called with a couple changes that they happily obliged me. They made the glasses and shipped them Friday 1-29. I had them UPS on Monday 2-1. They are PERFECT!! Great quality, quick and courteous service!! I can see better than with my $800.00 regular glasses. I definitely recommend these guys!! "
