With all the excuses and crap other companies give out, if there are glitches, these folks were very attentive to meeting my needs and answering my questions. When I didn't receive what I ordered having purchased overnight delivery (because of weather delays and not RacquetWorld), when I contacted them about it they checked on the shipping and told me the status of the order and when I would receive and even refunded my overnight postage fee. At this point, it is safe to say, you will never go wrong with dealing with these folks."
