"My order was over $210.00 with free 1 to 2 shipping on orders over $99. Immediately I got an email of the receipt and it stated the order was submitted on July 24, 2021 and would be delivered on August 2, 2021. It got to me on August 3, 2021.
I was not very happy and sent them an email. No response. I called but it was Saturday and they only have Monday - Friday office hours. The products I am happy with. But I will not ever purchase from them again. I do not like deception.

"First, I'm not a big time racquetball player. I am just an average Joe who hits the ball with force and a little better than average accuracy. I have bought a half dozen racquets from RacquetWorld over the past few years, the most recent a Head Liquid Metal 190. RacquetWorld strung it and dressed it with Python grip, vib damper, etc before sending it to me. The racquet broke on the third evening of play. Worse, the LM 190 was no longer available as a warranty option. I notified RW on Monday and sent my racquet via USPS two day service. Donnie contacted me and apologized saying RW would send a return label and make it good on the warranty even if Head wouldn't. In addition, they would dress and restring whatever I chose as a replacement since the LM 190 wasn't an option any longer. I paid the difference to go to an E-Force Sector 5 190 (the only other 190 in stock) and it was delivered Saturday morning via FedEx. I have never so much as broken a string, so this was quite a shock. However, it was handled so well that RacquetWorld will be my first source for gear. Additionally, as a business owner myself RacquetWorld has inspired me to WOW my own customers to the same degree when problems arise. Loyal Customer for life!"
