"Second pair of shoes I’ve had go bad not sure what’s going on with Head racketball shoe but you would expect they would last more then a few months. Ordered another pair different name brand but looked the same as the Heads and the size 12 was too small I’m an 11.5 for years? Ordered a new backpack bag also my Racquets (2) would not fit. Sent it all back and it cost me $10 for the return. Had free shipping my way. going to a real store next where I can try things out before buying. Shipping and delivery and returns just don’t work for me. Other then that all was fine I got a credit notice a week later so all is good thanks "
